Flip-Box® is made of 100% expanded Polypropylene (EPP) and therefore fully recyclable. As well Polypropylene is very stable and re-usable. By using Flip-Box® over and over again you can therefore avoid waste - in comparison to styrofoam boxes which mostly can only be used once.
Logo twin automat - dem Automaten mit dem die Flip-Box produziert wirdPolypropylene is free of heavy metal or hazardious substances as cadmium, lead, mercury or hexavalent chromium. The production process does not require any blowing agents which would be harmful to the ozone layer.
Flip-Box® is produced with latest energy-efficient machine technology in the heart of Germany. In comparison to normal technology we are saving up to 80% of energy.
Throughout the whole value chain of Flip-Box® we are constantly looking for potential optimisation.
